Yes, it is free to build a profile, get matched or apply for a job. We only charge you for advanced features that utilise additional tokens. Employers pay to post roles and hire teams.
No. Your TalentCo profile is what employers see. If you already have a CV, you can upload it to fill your profile in faster, but it isn't required and you won't be asked to tailor it per role.
Your profile is released to that employer and they can message you directly. From there you can book an interview time, ask questions and track the outcome without leaving TalentCo.
Set your status to passive. You’ll keep your profile and hear only about roles that clear your chosen fit threshold. Otherwise, you won’t hear anything until you switch your status back on.
