We believe the green transition is, at its heart, a human transition. Every solar array installed, every supply chain decarbonised, and every sustainability strategy delivered depends on skilled and motivated people.
Our Story
There aren't enough skilled people to meet the growing demand for green talent. Our founder kept running into that gap firsthand, and eventually the itch to fix it became TalentCo.
On one side were businesses struggling to find the right people, watching projects stall, deadlines slip, and overstretched teams strain to meet client demands. Roles sat open for months. Growth plans were put on hold. The ambition was there, but without the right people to deliver, it kept running into the same wall.
On the other side were skilled professionals eager to move into work that mattered, people ready to bring their experience to the green economy, but unable to transition, find the right training and roles that would get them there. The talent existed. The opportunities existed. What was missing was something to connect the ecosystem.
TalentCo works at this intersection, helping organisations find the capabilities they need to deliver on their climate, nature, sustainability and energy commitments, while helping individuals build meaningful careers with purpose.
